Mix FM was founded on the 23rd of February 1996 with the desire to bring a more genuine and individual approach to the radio industry. In record time, Mix FM grew as a brand, its listener figures skyrocketed, and it became the “it” radio in Lebanon. Mix FM is the only station in Lebanon that won the award “The Middle East’s Number 1 Radio Station!” and over the years has solidified its position as the leading radio station in Lebanon.
In 2025, Mix FM was ranked Lebanon’s #1 English Radio Station in a survey conducted by REACH for the Advertising Association of Lebanon (AA), reaffirming its position as the country’s favorite and most trusted English station.
Events
Aside from radio broadcasting, Mix FM was the first radio station in Lebanon to produce its own large-scale events and has the strongest track record in the country for bringing in the biggest stars and A-list artists, including Shakira, Chris Brown, Sting, Bryan Adams, Enrique Iglesias, Evanescence, David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, and Sasha & John Digweed.
